Town Wide Cleanup
The Crockett Improvement Association is holding its town wide area cleanup on Saturday April 23 from 9 AM to noon and are looking for volunteers to help spruce up our town.  With the rains this winter, volunteers with weed trimmers and rakes will be greatly appreciated.

Volunteers will be clearing brush and weeds along Rolph and Pomona, cutting grass and pruning at the bridgehead, weeding around the Rolph Memorial, sprucing the downtown plaza and surrounding area, and cleaning up median dividers along Winslow and Alhambra.  If you have a public area that you wish to work on but need someone to help, show up at Alexander Park (next to the pool) in order to coordinate appropriately.  The more volunteers, the more areas get cleaned up!!  Follow the Crockett Improvement Association group on Facebook for updates from other neighbors. If you can, please bring:
   Weed trimmers
   Blowers
   Rakes and brooms
   And other gardening tools

Come prepared and meet at Alexander Park (by the pool) to pick up trash bags.

Free lunch will be provided at the covered pool barbecue area adjacent to Alexander Park after the cleanup.Â
